Terms & Conditions

Humanoid Robot Club Purdue reserves the right to reject sponsorship for any reason.

All sponsors shall comply with all regulations of Purdue University and all Federal, state, and local laws applicable in Tippecanoe County, Indiana, United States.

Any disputes arising shall be settled in the state of Indiana and within the county of Tippecanoe.

All external sponsors shall be required to sign the supporter agreement, which is available here.

All clauses of the supporter agreement are non-negotiable. 

Humanoid Robot Club Purdue does not sign advertising agreements.

Any sponsorship does not imply an endorsement of the institution or its products in any manner whatsoever.

Sponsorship does not grant the sponsoring institution access to the facilities, campus venues, etc of Purdue University and its affiliates in a manner not authorized specifically by the Humanoid Robot Club Purdue.

Any supplies, tools, and equipment bought using funds given by sponsoring institutions shall not be the property of the institution under any circumstances including any in-kind sponsorships. 

All IP developed thanks to funds given by sponsoring institutions or using tools and other services provided by sponsoring institutions shall not be the property of the institutions in any manner. 

Humanoid Robot Club Purdue may at any point terminate any existing supporter agreement and the institution is not entitled to any damages other than a full monetary refund.
